Its name speaks for itself! This fully cooked, smoky pork sausage is a bold mixture of spicy jalapenos, bacon, cheddar, and fresh, premium-quality trimmed pork shoulders. This is the ultimate BBQ and sausage platter sausage and will instantly upgrade any menu. Excellent on the smoker, as an appetizer, in sandwiches, and on sausage platters.

Each 5lb. order is approximately 20 links. Each link is approximately 4oz and 7-in in length.

These sausages are fully cooked, but we still recommend cooking them to a minimum internal temperature of 160 deg. F prior to consumption as is generally recommended for both safety and flavor.

Shelf Life

When stored frozen, all products have a 180-day shelf-life from the date it was produced. The date it was produced is printed on an orange label on the packaging. Freeze product immediately upon receipt and keep until 180 days (6 months) past the date printed on the packaging, or refrigerate product immediately upon receipt and use within 3-4 days.
