A Favorite at BBQs and Breakfast Diners alike

SKU: 01409 Category:

Description

Our Portuguese Linguica sausage is a fully cooked, heavily spiced, garlic flavored Portuguese sausage made from fresh, premium-quality trimmed pork shoulders and traditional spices. This product is extremely versatile and is most commonly smoked at BBQs and used as a breakfast sausage–especially in Hawaii where its sliced, pan-fried, and served alongside eggs and rice. It’s also great on sausage platters, in sandwiches, in soups, on musubi, stuffed in mushrooms, and more. Either smoke them whole, or butterfly them before grilling or pan-frying them to give them some extra flavor.

Each 5lb. order is approximately 20 links. Each link is approximately 4oz and 7-in in length.

These sausages are fully cooked, but we still recommend cooking them to a minimum internal temperature of 160 deg. F prior to consumption as is generally recommended for both safety and flavor.
